Grayson Search is seeking Business Development professionals to help lead and expand one of its fastest-growing practices. This role involves building new client relationships and delivering staffing solutions in the finance, accounting, and technology sectors. Ideal candidates are strategic, collaborative, and passionate about growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and grow new client relationships across targeted industries.
- Understand client hiring needs and deliver tailored staffing and recruiting solutions.
- Collaborate with recruiting teams to align candidate delivery with client expectations.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing and account expansion.
- Represent Grayson Search at industry events and networking opportunities.
LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT :
Serve as a key contributor to the growth and strategy of a high-performing business unit.Provide insights and feedback to enhance internal processes and service offerings.Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team culture.QUALIFICATIONS :
Proven track record in business development or client-facing sales roles.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Staffing industry experience is highly preferred.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :
Bachelor's degree preferred.2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or staffing / recruiting environments.COMPENSATION & BENEFITS :
Estimated Salary Range : $50,000 - $150,000, and Healthcare, Dental, Vision, and 401K
