Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical / Telemetry

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical Surgical / Telemetry team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, demonstrate clinical expertise, and effectively collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes for patients in a fast-paced hospital environment.\n\nResponsibilities : \nDeliver direct nursing care to patients in the Med-Surg / Telemetry unit.^Monitor and assess patients’ conditions, including cardiac telemetry monitoring.^Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.^Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.^Document all patient care activities accurately and timely.^Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.^Ensure a safe, compassionate, and supportive environment for patients and their families.
