Your Role at Prestone

Our Freehold, NJ Plant is looking for a self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented Corrective Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance Technician to be part of our growing team. What You'll Be Doing

• Actively participate in the continual improvement of the Plant's safety culture
• Responsible for conforming to all Plant Health, Environment, Safety, and Security (EHS) policies and procedures
• Responsible for assisting in the evolution and execution of plant predictive and preventive maintenance plan for plant equipment
• Function as the site subject matter expert regarding predictive technologies including but not limited to vibration analysis, precision alignment, infrared thermography, and lubrication best practices
• Develop predictive rounds using these technologies to reduce planned downtime and maximize failure identification
• Achieve expert-level understanding of site equipment and use knowledge to support, direct, and train maintenance and operations team members
• Ensure assigned work orders are completed correctly, safely, and to the highest quality standard
• Work directly with contractors regarding new or existing projects and repairs
• Comply with plant safety, quality, GMPs, current standard practices and all other plant rules, policies / procedures
• Other duties as assigned
