Credentialing : 90 days

Minimum Requirements

Board Certified / Board Eligible : Must be BC in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (ABIM, ABFM, ABEM, AOBEM accepted)

Certifications : ATLS, ACLS, PALS, Preeclampsia Certificate

Licensure : Active Virginia license required; DEA pending; DL / passport or Permanent Resident card
