Overview

Join to apply for the 2D Motion Graphics Animator role at Twine . This remote, project-based opportunity is ideal for a creative 2D motion graphics animator with a passion for producing engaging, short-form video content for social media platforms.

You will be responsible for animating two dynamic, 15–18 second ads featuring a continuous left-to-right side-scroll movement. The animations will incorporate characters such as a driver, car, crowd, and dealer, as well as simple objects like a bill, app screen, and wallet. The final videos must be optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Meta feeds. All source files are required as part of the deliverables.

Location : Remote. This is a project-based opportunity with the potential for future collaborations based on performance.

Responsibilities

  • Create two short-form animated video ads (15–18 seconds each) with a fun, dynamic, and continuous side-scroll animation style.
  • Animate characters and objects as specified, ensuring smooth transitions and engaging visuals.
  • Optimize final videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Meta feeds, adhering to platform specifications.
  • Provide all working source files upon project completion.
  • Collaborate remotely and communicate progress effectively throughout the project.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in 2D motion graphics animation, particularly for social media ads.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard animation software (e.g., After Effects, Adobe Animate, or similar).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating dynamic, character-driven animations and creative storytelling.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and understanding of social media video formats and best practices.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Availability to start immediately and commit to project timelines.
