job_description.job_card.job_descriptionDevelop and implement litigation strategies aligned with departmental goals and objectives Provide mentorship and professional development for team members Oversee the management of litigation cases from initiation to resolution Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding litigation policies Evaluate legal risks and provide strategic recommendations to mitigate potential impacts Must be actively licensed to practice law in at least one state and maintain necessary continuing legal education (CLE) requirements Minimum of ten years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense or personal injury Prior management experience is required Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Relevant experience in other legal fields will be considered Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels Commitment to fostering a culture of transparency and accountability
