Job Description
As a Security Officer - Residential Front Desk in Brooklyn, NY , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more.
As a Front Desk Security Professional at a residential location, you will serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests, providing exceptional customer service and communication. Your role involves monitoring entry and exit activity, assisting with visitor management, and responding to security-related incidents to help foster a welcoming environment. - Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
