Senior Electrical Project Manager (Data Center)

We are seeking a Sr Project Manager to lead a team of Project Managers for a confidential data center client, with potential growth into a director-level position.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety leadership across projects.
• Administer contracts efficiently.
• Set up and organize projects effectively.
• Coordinate and schedule site labor.
• Manage budgeting and estimating tasks.
• Handle documentation, submittals, and O&M manuals.
• Coordinate purchasing and subcontract agreements.
• Track production progress.
• Ensure quality control and assurance.
• Control project costs and manage billing.
• Forecast project costs and completion timelines.
• Manage project change orders.
• Oversee project closeout procedures.
• Facilitate internal and external communication.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
