Implement network services such as DNS, DHCP, and IP address management. Set up and configure VPNs, VoIP, and remote access solutions. Monitor network performance using tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, Wireshark). Troubleshoot connectivity, latency, and performance issues. Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures. Implement and maintain firewalls, intrusion detection / prevention systems (IDS / IPS), and access controls. Apply patches, updates, and security hardening to devices. Ensure compliance with standards (ISO, NIST, PCI-DSS, GDPR, etc.). Provide technical support for escalated network issues. Manage network backups and disaster recovery plans. Schedule upgrades, firmware updates, and lifecycle management of network devices.
Job Summary :
You will gain exposure to a multitude of different technologies including, WAN, LAN, Enterprise and Carrier Networking. During team rotations you will partner with senior engineers and technical leads to work a wide array of projects. Projects will start with basic operational tasks, as your skills grow you will be working in tandem to develop innovative solutions that you will deploy company wide.
Responsibilities : Design & Planning
- Design and plan secure, reliable, and scalable network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN).
- Evaluate network technologies, tools, and solutions to meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain network architecture diagrams and documentation.

Maintenance & Support
Qualifications :
BS or MS in Computer Science, Networking, Engineering or a similar technical major
Experience in LAN network support, specifically troubleshooting OSI Layer 1-3 problems network switching experience is a plus
Demonstrated knowledge of network hardware, local area networks, internet protocols, fiber and copper wiring standards, Ethernet, and wireless technologies
Scripting and DevOps experience (Python, Ansible, Git) highly preferred
3 years of professional experience required
