A company is looking for an International HR Partner to support its international workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations and performance management, focusing on Dutch law and international best practices
Adapt and localize global HR policies for compliance with Dutch, UK, EU, and other international standards
Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle for international employees, ensuring compliance and guiding managers on statutory entitlements
Required Qualifications
5+ years of HR Generalist / HRBP experience, particularly in the Netherlands
In-depth knowledge of Dutch labor law, Works Councils, and collective agreements
Strong track record in advising on performance, employee relations, and change management
Exposure to HR practices across international markets is a strong plus
Fluent in English; Dutch language skills strongly preferred
