What will you be doing?

Team Leadership : Lead a team of Brainwave Builders to transform raw data into actionable insights and compelling narratives that drive client business decisions.

Leverage Liquid AI Platform to build Brainwaves : Utilize the Liquid AI platform with subject matter expertise and Circana data assets to build Brainwaves that will be commercialized.

Data Analysis and Interpretation : Analyze and interpret data from various sources to address client inquiries and business challenges.

Content Creation : Generate high-quality output content, including reports and visualizations, to communicate insights derived from the Liquid AI processes.

Stakeholder Interaction : Engage with internal stakeholders and clients to understand business needs and ensure Brainwaves address those needs.

Requirements

Leadership : Proven ability to lead global teams.

Insights Professional : 10+ years of experience as an insights professional with strong data analysis and interpretation skills.

Familiarity with Unify and Circana data assets : Experience creating reporting content in Unify and designing visualizations using Circana data assets.

Technology and AI Enthusiast : Willingness to embrace new technologies and leverage innovative solutions to drive business value.

Client-Focused : Proven track record of interacting with clients and delivering solutions that meet or exceed expectations.

Highly Collaborative Team Player : Ability to work within a broader team and promote knowledge sharing across the Brainwave Build Team.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear concept articulation.

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to Genius Script for data manipulation and visualization (advantageous but not mandatory).

Familiarity with Large Language Model capabilities (e.g., ChatGPT) and generative AI solutions.

US Remote

Compensation and benefits : The salary range for this role is $215,000 to $240,000. This role is eligible for bonus pay. Circana offers a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical / dental / vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
