About the Role :

We're looking for a Product Lead to help operationalize and scale our Product Management team through our next phase of growth. This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves building high-performing teams, and brings structure and clarity to complex, cross-functional efforts. You'll help to manage and grow our team of Product Managers, implement scalable team processes, and ensure we're delivering business and customer impact across a growing suite of product lines. You'll play a key role in shaping how we prioritize, plan, and execute at scale—bringing operational rigor, team development, and strategic alignment to the forefront of our product organization.
