Our client is a Fortune 200 global manufacturing leader founded in the early 1900s. They manufacture films used in a variety of industries like financial, ID solutions, industrial and medical. They are currently looking to bring on a continuous improvement manager as a brand new position. This role will be a highly visible, strategic position that will shape the continuous improvement culture, develop talent and lead high-impact initiatives.

In this role, the continuous improvement manager will be responsible for the following :

• Leading continuous improvement initiatives aligned with company's business model
• Lead and facilitate structure improvement projects, delivering measurable gains.
• Lead operational efforts including development of control plans and FMEAs for new products
• Develop and execute road-map for continuous improvement.
• Coach and support teams at all levels
• Track progress through relevant KPIs
• Provide daily leadership to the quality team to maintain and improve product / process standards
• Collaborate with site leaders to improve safety, behavior and performance
• Build and support a strong pipeline of future leaders within CI, Quality and Maintenance
