job_description.job_card.job_descriptionPerform high-quality diagnostic radiographic procedures according to physician orders and established protocols. Prepare, position, and instruct patients for imaging procedures to ensure accurate and safe results. Operate and maintain radiographic equipment and related systems. Verify patient identity and obtain relevant medical history prior to exams. Apply proper radiation protection techniques and follow ALARA principles. Evaluate images for diagnostic quality and make necessary adjustments. Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and clinical staff to provide optimal patient care. Document procedures accurately within the hospital’s electronic health record system. Maintain cleanliness and readiness of imaging rooms and equipment. Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program. Current ARRT (R) certification required. Active Oklahoma Radiologic Technologist License . Current BLS certification. Previous hospital or acute care experience preferred; new graduates welcome to apply. Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
