The Role

We're looking for a Controller to take ownership of our finance and accounting operations. This role is central to ensuring accurate reporting, strong controls, and providing leadership with the financial insight needed to drive decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close

Oversee AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger

Deliver timely and accurate financial statements

Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting

Develop and maintain internal controls and policies

Partner with auditors and external stakeholders

Mentor and develop accounting staff

Qualifications

CPA or CMA preferred

7+ years progressive accounting / finance experience, 3+ in leadership

Strong GAAP knowledge and reporting expertise

Proven ability to streamline processes and strengthen controls

Skilled communicator and team leader

Experience with [ERP / software] is a plus
