Position Job Title : Marketing Coordinator

FLSA Classification : Non-Exempt

Position Summary :

The Marketing Coordinator supports the dynamic marketing team by managing administrative and operational marketing activities. This role is responsible for developing, producing, and implementing a variety of internal and external marketing assets and initiatives, contributing directly to the success of the division’s marketing strategies. The Marketing Coordinator ensures marketing efforts are executed efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with the company’s brand standards and business objectives.

Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate model home and sales office maintenance, signage, and promotional items.
  • Manage marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, invitations, and email campaigns while ensuring brand consistency.
  • Assist with event management, including planning, logistics, and on-site support for community and sales events.
  • Maintain and update community websites, MLS listings, and online marketing content.
  • Collaborate with corporate marketing, vendors, photographers, and PR partners to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Support start-up, active, and closeout community operations, including coordination of model homes, signage, and sales offices.
  • Assist with Realtor relations and neighborhood communications to enhance engagement and visibility.
  • Provide ad-hoc support for marketing projects, initiatives, and special events, including weekend or evening participation as needed.
  • Provide administrative support including correspondence, expense reports, meeting notes, project schedules, and presentation materials.
  • Manage day-to-day communications via mail, email, and telephone.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, contracts, and budget-related research as needed.
  • Maintain departmental files, marketing inventories, and purchase orders.

Key Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field preferred; High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in marketing coordination, preferably within real estate, homebuilding, or a related industry.
  • Experience supporting senior-level executives is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and comfortable with social media platforms.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
  • Strong secretarial, follow-through, and administrative skills, with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, adaptability, and the ability to work cooperatively with a variety of personality types.
  • Base Salary :

    The expected base salary for this position is between $55,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience and skillset. Base salary is paid bi-weekly.

    Physical Requirements :

    This is primarily a sedentary position. Requires the ability to hear, type and talk. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard. The primary work location is a corporate office with low to moderate noise levels. Appropriate business apparel and professional appearance are expected.

    Supervisory Responsibilities :

    This position does not supervise other employees.

    Travel Requirements :

    Occasional travel may be required. A valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance is required at all times.
