Contact Center Sr. Specialist – Riverside, RI

Pay Rate : $21.00 / hour

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 9 : 30 AM – 6 : 00 PM

Location : Riverside, RI (potential work at East Providence or Johnston locations)

Job Description

As a valued member of the Commercial Operations team, the Contact Center Sr. Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while meeting and exceeding departmental service and quality standards. The Specialist will communicate effectively with both internal and external customers, conduct root cause analysis to identify solutions for recurring service issues, and support process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve Cash Management , ACH , and Commercial Card customers via phone, chat, or email.
  • Research and train clients on available products and services.
  • Provide independent, comprehensive support to clients on technical and procedural issues.
  • Diagnose, prioritize, resolve, or escalate customer concerns as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to reconcile and prevent recurring client issues.
  • Advise management proactively of potential issues impacting service levels.
  • Support the implementation of process improvements that increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of customer service and call center experience ; banking experience preferred .
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and trend-recognition skills.
  • High attention to detail and sound judgment in decision-making.
  • Computer proficiency and strong technical acumen.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a focus on achieving performance targets.
  • Education

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
