As a recruiter, you play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and acquiring talented individuals for various positions within our company. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to think creatively to find and engage with potential candidates.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract and hire salespeople, technicians, managers, and other positions as required
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates
- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and participate in career fairs, job fairs, and other recruitment events to promote our company and attract prospective talent
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline by establishing relationships with universities, trade schools, industry associations, and other relevant organizations
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and candidate preferences
- Negotiate and extend job offers to selected candidates and manage the onboarding process through Paylocity
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, interview feedback, and hiring metrics
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment techniques
