Facility Manager
The Facility Manager is responsible for all facility lifecycle activities under CSCEP task orders, including site selection, lease negotiation, operational build-out, utilities management, security compliance, and sustainment turnover. Key duties include :
Managing facility stand-up timelines and risk mitigations aligned to DTRA and CSCEP requirements
Coordinating lease negotiations, facility safety inspections, and operational certification
Managing physical security compliance for CUI / controlled spaces
Supporting logistics operations tied to facility readiness and event sustainment needs
Monitoring ODC tracking and facility-related CDRLs
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Security Studies, or related field
- 5+ years of facility project management or site operations experience
- Active U.S. Secret clearance
- Knowledge of facility operations, lease management, and base operations support
- Experience working with CONUS / OCONUS security compliance standards
- Understanding of integrated logistics and sustainment facility needs
- Experience with WASP / inventory systems
