A company is looking for a Lead Transition Consultant - Retirement Plans.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with plan sponsors, financial professionals, and TPAs
Coordinate the transfer of plan assets and ensure timely resolutions to client concerns
Advocate for the implementation process and drive client service initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in business or finance or equivalent experience
3+ years of relevant retirement plans experience
Extensive knowledge of complex legal requirements and contracts
Experience with retirement plans implementation
Experience with MEP, PEP, and / or PEO is a plus
