We are currently seeking a Project Manager to coordinate and track cross-functional projects across departments.

Position Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for organizing, tracking, and communicating project progress across multiple departments. This includes aligning timelines, deliverables, and dependencies for teams working on email campaigns, social media, customer service initiatives, paid advertising, web development, and creative design. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and confident managing timelines and expectations across teams in a fully remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage project timelines using our project management tool
• Assign and track tasks across departments
• Lead daily standups and weekly status check-ins
• Coordinate with department leads to align on deliverables and dependencies
• Monitor progress and communicate risks, blockers, or delays
• Report status updates to leadership with clarity and consistency
• Act as point-of-contact for key stakeholders and manage expectations
• Escalate issues as needed to maintain momentum
• Track team performance and workflow efficiency
