Manufacturing HR Generalist / Recruiter
Responsibilities :
- Partner with leadership to support HR functions in a manufacturing environment
- Manage full-cycle recruiting : sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws
- Support employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Maintain HR records, reports, and HRIS data accurately
- Assist with training, development, and employee engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with managers to address staffing needs and workforce planning
