What You Will Do :

  • Organize work in preparation for operating mechanisms and meetings including, document preparation (powerpoint), documenting meeting outcomes and follow up actions and file management
  • Develop, organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meetings; all employee meetings in person & virtual); off-sites; and team social events / recognition
  • Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
  • Develop and edit presentations for strategic, operating and financial reviews
  • Support and organize internal logistics with workshops and customer site visits
  • Order and / or coordinate office supplies
  • Manage complex calendar and scheduling
  • Manage domestic and international travel
  • Manage expense report coordination and submission
  • Manage team space, including moves, new hire location assignments, and re-configurations
  • Partner with other Executive Assistants throughout the team and across the company
  • Supports one or a group of managers, including calendar / daily management, etc.
  • Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.
  • Has ability to prioritize information for data analysis. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking.

Pay Range : $60,000 to $80,000

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements :

This role is considered an on-site position located in Longmont, Colorado

  • You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
  • Work Experience :

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a collaborative team-oriented Executive Assistant supporting senior-level leaders and their team and / or similar administrative tasks.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products, including strong proficiency in MS Excel for tracking work and MS PowerPoint for presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple assignments while maintaining a commitment to deadlines and long term goals
  • Proactive. Manages time and tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a highly ambiguous and fast-moving environment
  • Strong communication skills including document writing, editing, and readiness Project and program management including completion of deliverables, organizing events, and following up on outstanding items.
  • Desired Qualifications :

  • Knowledge of GE policies / procedures or experience in similar large company environments
  • Outstanding organization skills including managing leader's meetings and prep work for those meetings
  • Experience with executive level calendar management
  • Experience with domestic and / or international travel coordination
  • Experience working both in-person and remote with executives
  • College Degree
