$2,366 per week

About The Position

  • Evaluate and treat patients using adaptive equipment and assist with activities of daily living
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care including discharge and pre-discharge planning
  • Provide patient and family education on safety, injury prevention, and transfers / lifting
  • Accurately document assessments, evaluations, plans, and reassessments in Cerner
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year inpatient OT experience (acute care preferred)
  • Active Illinois OT license at start
  • BLS and NBCOT certifications required
  • First-timers accepted
  • Weekend work required (1 weekend per month)
  • Locals accepted, no radius restrictions
