Key Responsibilities
Oversee and prioritize incoming requests within the Client Delivery Salesforce Case Queue
Evaluate and route client requests to appropriate internal teams and monitor progress
Maintain data integrity through file audits and support data quality efforts
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in Operations, Data Analytics, Client Delivery, or a similar role
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage tasks independently
Strong analytical abilities
Curiosity and a solutions-oriented mindset
Experience with Salesforce is a plus
