We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Sr. Product Manager to join our Product Partnerships & Growth team. In this strategic role, you will be at the forefront of managing and cultivating key OEM partnerships, acting as the dedicated face of renowned brands such as TCL, Lenovo, and REVVL within the T-Mobile ecosystem. You'll take ownership of the entire product lifecycle, ensuring each device is positioned for success from its initial conception and launch all the way through its market performance and eventual retirement.

As Sr. Product Manager, you will be responsible for :

  • End-to-End Lifecycle Management : Take charge of every stage for TCL, Lenovo, and REVVL devices, including strategic roadmap planning, overseeing device development, coordinating launch activities, and managing ongoing market performance. You will also be responsible for planning the sunset phase, ensuring smooth transitions as products reach the end of their lifecycle.
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy Formulation : Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies by determining the optimal product positioning, pricing models, and channel distribution plans. You will lead the creation and implementation of compelling promotions and ensure flawless launch execution, leveraging cross-functional resources to maximize impact.
  • OEM Partnership Leadership : Serve as the primary liaison for OEM partners, fostering strong collaborative relationships and aligning their device roadmaps with T-Mobiles broader strategy. You'll negotiate partnership agreements, track and communicate key deliverables, and ensure mutual goals are met through continuous engagement and support.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner closely with teams across sales, marketing, supply chain, retail, and customer care to orchestrate seamless product launches and sustained lifecycle health. You'll coordinate efforts to proactively address challenges, streamline processes, and ensure all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization : Continuously monitor device performance using robust analytics and customer feedback. You'll identify trends, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize device health, boost adoption rates, and maximize profitability. Your insights will drive ongoing improvements and fuel future growth.
  • Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) : Lead comprehensive QBRs with OEMs, leveraging data to review performance results, uncover risks, and identify new growth opportunities. You will prepare detailed presentations, facilitate strategic discussions, and drive actions that enhance partnership value and market competitiveness.
  • Strategic Influence : Utilize data-driven insights, industry intelligence, and competitive analysis to influence senior leadership and key stakeholders. You'll advocate for innovative solutions, recommend strategic pivots, and help shape T-Mobile's device portfolio with forward-thinking recommendations.

What You'll Bring

  • Extensive Product Management Experience : Minimum of 7+ years in product management, including at least 5 years focused on go-to-market execution and lifecycle management for consumer devices or related technology products.
  • Proven Success in Device Launches : Demonstrated track record of launching and managing high-profile consumer devices, with measurable results in market share growth, customer adoption, and profitability.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership : Strong background leading GTM initiatives across sales, marketing, operations, and customer care, driving collaborative execution and delivering impactful business outcomes.
  • Exceptional Communication & Influence : Highly skilled in building relationships, negotiating partnerships, and influencing executive stakeholders through clear and compelling communication.
  • OEM / Manufacturer Collaboration : Hands-on experience working with OEMs or device manufacturers, ideally in the telecom, wireless, or consumer electronics sectors. Deep understanding of partner dynamics and the ability to manage complex, multi-faceted relationships.
  • Analytical & Strategic Mindset : Proficient in leveraging data and analytics to inform decisions, optimize performance, and develop innovative product strategies.
  • Educational Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees such as an MBA are highly preferred and will be considered a strong asset.

    Base Pay Range : $121,600 - $219,400 Corporate Bonus Target : 20%

    The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

    At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and / or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and / or team performance.
