• Looking for 8 years of professional experience in business analysis and product management, combined with more than 10 years of relevant finance expertise, specifically supporting the technology side of the organization.
• They need to have an understanding of finance / financial systems (ideally mortgages) more than just have worked for a finance company
• Deep understanding and 5+ years' experience working with Oracle ERP or EPM Applications with either JD Edwards or Oracle EPM Cloud.
• Lean Sig Sigma Experience Greenbelt required.
• Business Process Management a plus.
• Experience in finance, operations, analytics, BI reporting tools, and ERP systems is highly desirable.
• Advanced principles and practices of process improvement and workflow analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of business cases and cost-benefit analyses for proposed projects.
