Key Responsibilities :
Manage a portfolio of 80-100 educational institution accounts as the primary point of contact
Ensure effective account activation, onboarding, and renewal processes for customers
Analyze account health and collaborate with internal teams to drive product adoption and growth
Required Qualifications :
5+ years of software / technology account management or sales experience
Proven record of revenue growth and client retention success
Strong business acumen with a data-informed approach to client health
Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
Familiarity with academic institutions or health professions education is a plus
