StaffMD has been a health center client in the Boston area seeking a Primary Care physician to provide primary care services to its adult population. The position reports to the Medical Director for Primary Care and expected to work 80% providing direct care and 20% administrative responsibilities. The health center serves a population with a number of significant health issues, including mental health and substance abuse, high infant mortality rates, high asthma, obesity, diabetes, and hypertension.

The health center is accredited by the Joint Commission, recognized by the NCQA as a Level 3 Patient Centered Medical Home, Patient Centered Connected Care (Urgent Care) and NCQA Prime for its Behavioral Health Integration. It is also recognized by the American Diabetes Association as a Center of Excellence in Diabetes Self-Management Education. The Center has a solid reputation for its committed multidisciplinary staff and the provision of quality health care, wellness services, public health and social services to the residents of Boston.

BC / BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

MA license or license eligible

Provide primary care to include diagnostic and therapeutic care to patients at the center and affiliated hospitals and facilities

Provide services in support of health promotion and preventative medicine

Refer patients to other providers as appropriate

FTCA deemed facility

80% clinical / 20% administrative

Employed position with salary and quarterly incentive
