About the Role

As an RN in Behavioral Health, you will provide direct patient care using the nursing process, ensuring that every patient receives the highest standard of care. You will report to the Director of Behavioral Health and Emergency Services and work in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Patient Care : Deliver comprehensive care, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
• Documentation : Accurately document all patient care activities.
• Monitoring : Keep a close eye on patient conditions and communicate effectively with the care team, physicians, patients, and families.
• Daily Living Support : Assist patients with personal hygiene, nutrition, ambulation, and other daily activities.
• Collaboration : Work across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, and referrals.
• Education : Assess and address the learning needs of patients and families, providing tailored education.
• Advocacy : Champion the physical and emotional well-being of your patients.
