Restaurant Manager - High Volume Bar & Grill - Atlanta, Georgia

Salary : $60,000 - $65,000 + Benefits & Lucrative Bonus Plan

Are you a passionate and results-driven leader looking to take your career to new heights? Look no further! We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Restaurant Manager to take charge of our bustling full-service bar and grill located in the heart of Atlanta, Georgia.

A Day in the Life of a Restaurant General Manager :

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly and delivers exceptional guest experiences
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performance team, fostering a positive work environment that promotes growth and development
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, driving initiatives to optimize profitability and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with executive management, chefs, and the team to create innovative menus, promotions, and marketing strategies
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal standards, while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation

Requirements for Success :

  • At least 5 years of high-volume, full-service restaurant management experience
  • Proven track record in successfully leading and growing restaurant revenues and profitability
  • Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills, with the ability to make effective decisions under pressure
  • Excellence in problem-solving, multitasking, and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Mastery of restaurant operational systems, budgeting, and financial analysis
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment
  • Robust understanding of food and beverage trends, marketing best practices, and restaurant competitive analysis
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
