JOB Description :
OfficePro, Inc, a Washington DC based end-user training and adoption company, is in need of an On-Site Audio- Visual Technician to assist our client with AV white glove and live meeting support functions
This is a ONE YEAR long term contract position
40 hours per week
Monday - Friday
8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm
Tech Required Experience :
- Familiar with operating : camera controllers, audio mixers, video switchers, microphones,
- Experience with supporting events in specialty spaces
- Experience with VTC rooms : Google Meets (Bonus!), Zoom, Microsoft teams, Webex, etc.
- Experience with VTC hardware : Logitech (Bonus!), Neat, etc
- Familiar with AV signal flow
Responsibilities :
A Level 1 experienced technician that can assist with event support including set up of all-hands callsWhite Glove and event support of VIP / C-Suite executivesSupport of ad-hoc meetingsAssist with conference room Tier 1 break / Fix needsProactive Meeting support testing and break / fix adjustments on the flySupport / Running Live EventsGo-Getter Energy is a priorityOn-site Audio support, video conferencing and production operationsMaintain administrative / reporting requirements and operational metricsEnsure all equipment is shut down and secured for next business dayReview schedules for next day requests to ensure equipment is operationalConnect Audio video conference callsEnsure all microphones are fully charged and operational prior to meeting startsEnsure video or pc is properly displayedEnsure all meeting & broadcast rooms are equipped / stocked with supplies per meeting room requirementsMaintain inventory of A / V consumables and replace A / V consumables as necessaryTesting of each individual piece of equipment to ensure equipment is set to factory specificationsJob Types : Contract, Full-time
