job_description.job_card.job_description$21-$26 Per Hour (Based on experience), with opportunity for raises Health insurance Paid Time Off Long Weekends Professional on the Job Training Company vehicle provided and fuel expenses (while on shift) Company uniform provided Document safety hazards and water damage with photos and moisture readings Operate water extraction equipment to remove excess moisture from homes Assess salvageable material and dispose of non-salvageable material Properly Setup, Monitor, and takedown drying equipment with care Thoroughly document drying progress with pictures and notes regarding humidity and moisture levels Customer service through clear and accurate communication with the homeowner Organize and clean equipment and vehicles at end of day Requirements Ability to lift heavy objects regularly (upwards of 100 lbs.) Experience driving trucks & pulling trailers Valid Drivers License Ability to pass background check Reliable transportation Proficient in the safe use of power tools At least one year experience in water mitigation (preferred) Customer service skills (preferred) High school diploma (preferred)

We are looking for hardworking individuals with good communication skills to join our team and work alongside our technicians to remove damaged materials and monitor water damage from multiple locations. Workwear and company vehicles will be provided to help you succeed in this position.
