Service Advisor Manager – Automotive Repair Shop
We’re looking for a Service Advisor Manager to oversee daily workflow, deliver top-notch customer service, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day repair shop operations and staff performance
- Build strong customer relationships and handle service inquiries
- Monitor budgets, sales, and shop profitability
- Promote maintenance packages and warranties
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards
Requirements :
Experience as a Service Manager, Store Manager, or similar roleMUST have independent shop experience, dealership only candidates will not be considered.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of repair processes, parts, and shop softwareCustomer-focused mindset and ability to multitaskAssociates or bachelors degree preferred.
