Your Role

We are on the lookout for energetic and upbeat Automotive Technicians / Mechanics who are ready to tackle challenges with a smile. If you have a knack for problem-solving and a strong desire to do what’s right for our guests, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize your expertise to diagnose and repair vehicles, ensuring our guests receive top-notch service.
  • Gain hands-on experience with a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
  • Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
  • Collaborate with your team to address guest concerns swiftly and effectively.
  • Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
  • Communicate effectively with the service department to resolve issues.
  • Work together with fellow technicians to meet deadlines and deliver outstanding results.

What We’re Looking For

  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve our guests.
  • 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician / mechanic.
  • ASE Certifications are preferred, or a plan to achieve them.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
  • Commitment to meeting or exceeding hourly goals.
  • A willingness to learn new skills and processes.
  • A professional appearance and strong communication skills.
  • A desire for long-term career development.

    • Physical Requirements

  • Occasionally lift and / or move over 100 pounds.
  • Ability to work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
  • Comfortable working in tight spaces as needed for repairs.
  • Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
  • Ability to walk / stand for the majority of the workday.
  • Experience driving manual transmission vehicles.
  • Proficient in navigating a computer.
