Leadership in customer service, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader.Experience in employee retention, leadership development, and promoting productivity.Ability to assist with merchandising, marketing, cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty programs.Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment following health and sanitation procedures.Excellent communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.High School diploma or GED preferred; equivalent retail management experience considered.Valid Driver's License and automotive insurance.Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.7-Eleven is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to workplace diversity.
