Mallette's legal services team is looking for a lawyer to join one of our offices in the Lower St. Lawrence region.
The position is permanent and full-time, 37.5 hours per week.

What you'll accomplish
Carry out various mandates for our clientele, such as reorganizations, financings, company turnarounds, company purchases / sales, etc.Meet customersAssist customers with their legal needs :Draft legal documents (buy-sell agreements, corporate resolutions, leases, supply agreements, etc.).Actively participate in clients' corporate reorganizationsProvide strategic legal advice on mandatesConduct doctrinal and jurisprudential researchParticipate in training paralegalsAnalyze and understand the budgetary limits of a caseParticipate in department meetingsContribute to the establishment of best practicesDo you have what it takes?
What really counts
Bachelor's degree in lawMember of the Quebec BarMinimum of one (1) year's relevant experienceExperience in corporate and transactional law, an assetProficiency in the use of technology and ease with digitizationKnowledge of Para-Maître software (an asset)What we're looking for in you
