Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and developing every aspect of an office relocation. You will serve as the single point of contact for the customer and be responsible for project planning by visiting job sites, meeting with customers, and supervising crews for moving and installation services. You will also be responsible for updating information throughout the project, issue change orders, and discussing with customer for approval and final sign-off.

What you need to be considered :

• The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in project management
• At least 5 years of supervisory responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of reading and interpreting blueprints, manifests, and procedure or instruction manuals
• Strong organizational skills with focus on deadlines and a high attention to detail
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondences
• Knowledge of all aspects of internal and external commercial relocations
• Position may require working nights and weekends as needed to meet project deadlines
