Job Description & Requirements Urology Physician StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : 8;24;Weekend;On Call Pay Rate : $294.88 - $319.20 This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity : Schedule : 8a-5p clinic or operating room Job Setting : Hospital and Clinic Types of Cases : Cystoscopy in Office and bread & butter Urology procedures in the operating room Credentialing Timeframe : 60 days Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Epic Must have active BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) Must have an active Illinois license Job Benefits AMN Healthcare typically arranges medical or dental malpractice insurance for the contractor providers we match to client opportunities.
