12 : 30 PM – 9 : 00 PM, Sunday to Thursday (schedule may change based on demand)

Job Summary

We're looking for a reliable and motivated Entry-Level Maintenance Technician to support our maintenance team. In this role, you'll assist with equipment maintenance, repairs, assembly, and disassembly while learning from experienced technicians. This position is ideal for someone with basic mechanical and electrical knowledge who's eager to grow their technical skills in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform basic preventive maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.

Assist with assembly and disassembly of components while inspecting equipment for wear or damage.

Support senior technicians in troubleshooting mechanical issues and implementing repairs.

Maintain a clean and safe workspace in accordance with company safety and GMP standards.

Inspect and care for hand tools, power tools, and other maintenance equipment.

Accurately document maintenance activities, parts used, and issues resolved.

Help track and organize parts, tools, and maintenance inventory.

Perform general facility upkeep and other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Basic understanding of mechanical systems, hand tools, and power tools.

Ability to read and follow technical instructions and diagrams.

Eagerness to learn and follow direction from experienced maintenance staff.

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Good communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.

Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
