Who we are looking for :

We’re looking for a highly motivated Visual Designer with a passion for brand advertising, marketing, and digital brand experiences. In this role, you’ll drive the creative development of interactive streaming ad campaigns for Fortune 500 companies and leading brands across industries.

Responsibilities :

  • Design innovative, interactive ad campaigns for top advertisers.
  • Own the end-to-end design process, from concept to final delivery.
  • Collaborate with sales teams by creating compelling presentations, pitch materials, and creative concepts.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives, including presentations, one-sheets, email campaigns, and social media assets.
  • Partner with a remote, cross-functional team on both new business development and live campaigns .

Requirements :

  • 1–3 years of experience as a designer, ideally within a marketing or creative agency.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand and visual design work.
  • Ability to adapt across diverse brand aesthetics and guidelines.
  • Clean, modern design aesthetic with strong typography skills.
  • Creative problem-solver with sharp attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with wireframes, user flows, and digital campaign structures.
  • Highly organized and process-driven; comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
  • Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Interest in streaming TV and emerging digital advertising technologies .
  • Proficiency with design and presentation tools; basic knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote .
  • Portfolio required (URL or PDF).
  • Working knowledge of HTML / CSS .
  • Proficiency with UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or similar .
  • Familiarity with design systems theory and practice .
  • Copywriting skills to support creative campaigns.
  • Previous agency experience .
