Accounts Payable Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Specialist to support the Residential Real Estate group. This role serves as a liaison between the real estate operations and the accounting / finance team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.

Responsibilities :

• Process approximately 30+ detailed invoices daily using QuickBooks.
• Ensure timely payment of vendor invoices and maintain accurate records.
• Apply incoming ACH and wire payments to appropriate receivables accounts.
• Handle incoming mail and distribute accordingly.
• Collaborate with various internal departments and external contacts to resolve payment-related inquiries.
• Perform general office tasks as needed to support the team.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.44 - $28.84 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
