Memorial Health System  in Marietta, OH is actively recruiting a  board-certified Emergency Medicine Medical Director  to lead our emergency services team. Memorial Health System consists of  6 Emergency Departments , collectively handling  80,000 visits annually , with strong leadership support from  4 Associate Medical Directors .

The ideal candidate will have  1-3 years of leadership experience  with a proven track record in  operational and process management ,  enhancing patient experience , and  physician recruitment and retention . Responsibilities :

You will be responsible for the oversight of our team of physicians, advanced practice providers and serving as a leader within the Emergency Department and organization. This position will include  a blended clinical and administrative position with Associate / Site Medical Director support as well.
