A company is looking for a Claims / Customer Care Specialist (Temporary).
Key Responsibilities
Process routine to moderately complex claims and adjustments while providing customer service via multiple communication channels
Conduct claims or inquiry-related research under the direction of senior staff
Assist with projects and perform other duties as assigned by management
Required Qualifications
2 years of experience as a Claims / Customer Care Specialist or equivalent customer service experience in dental insurance or healthcare
Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Solid knowledge of dental benefits, services, terminology, and American Dental Association coding
Knowledge of standard customer service best practices and principles
Understanding of Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
