Project Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic, highly skilled professional to lead a fast-tracked Validation & Configuration Manager - Veeva . This role requires a hands-on leader with strong critical thinking skills and proven experience in Veeva configuration and validation within regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead design and configuration workshops for Veeva implementation.

Promote and enforce an "Out-of-the-Box" (OOTB) strategy for system configurations.

Review and assess configuration requests for downstream impact.

Collaborate closely with Veeva vendors to ensure full understanding of updates and functionality.

Approve and take accountability for configuration changes.

Draft, refine, and finalize user stories for development and testing.

Assess patient risk in case of system failure and ensure mitigation plans.

Document Veeva configuration components, including objects, workflows, and entitlements.

Evaluate regulatory applicability of Veeva objects and business processes.

Draft and execute validation protocols, including dry runs and test execution.

Requirements :

Proven leadership and critical thinking skills (references required).

Hands-on experience with Veeva configuration, validation, and regulatory compliance.

Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in regulated industries such as pharma, biotech, or life sciences is highly desirable.
