As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the cornerstone of our office operations. You’ll be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks, supporting staff and executives, managing schedules, and ensuring that all office systems run efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a positive, proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Administrative Support : Provide administrative support to executives, team members, and departments, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
  • Client Interaction : Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address inquiries from clients, vendors, and employees in a professional and timely manner.
  • Data Entry : Manage databases, perform data entry, and assist with preparing reports and presentations.
  • Meeting Support : Coordinate logistics for meetings and conferences, including scheduling, room setup, and ensuring required materials are available.

Qualifications :

  • Experience : Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred but not required. Entry-level candidates with a strong willingness to learn will also be considered.
  • Organizational Skills : Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional phone manner.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite, and familiarity with basic office equipment and CRM tools.
  • Education : High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or certifications in office administration is a plus.
