Physician Compensation Analyst

A company is looking for a Physician Compensation Analyst responsible for analyzing provider productivity and compensation.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and analyze provider productivity, compensation, and benefits

Prepare and design monthly compensation processes and financial reporting

Maintain financial records and validate payroll documentation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or healthcare administration preferred

At least six years of equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

Basic understanding of accounting principles and standards
