job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide exceptional customer service Effectively communicate with customers about parts and automotive repair Ensure proper inventory levels and assist customers with special orders Collaborate with the service department to ensure customer satisfaction Work with the Service Manager and other departments to ensure timely procurement of parts Set sales objectives for the parts staff and calculate monthly incentives as needed Maintain a clean and receivable parts schedule Coordinate all parts returns and scraps for OEM and non-OEM returns Forecast goals and objectives for the parts department Ensure parts are inventoried according to set guidelines Maintain proper stocking levels using our parts inventory management system (RIM) and minimize obsolescence Knowledge of all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance Superior customer service skills Excellent inventory control skills Ability to lead and motivate the team to achieve maximum productivity Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to lead and grow your team Computer skills and willingness to learn new processes Ability to multitask while remaining customer-focused Clean driving record & valid driver's license

We are currently looking for an experienced (3+ years) Parts Department Manager. We seek an energetic leader with superior inventory control skills. GM experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will have the ability to grow and motivate team members.
