Position Overview :

Were hiring a skilled Repair Service Technician to focus on siding, roofing, and miscellaneous exterior repairs . Youll diagnose issues, perform repairs, and ensure projects meet safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Siding & Roofing Repairs / Installation
  • Repair / replace damaged siding materials (vinyl) and roofing systems (shingles, metal).
  • Install new siding or roofing with precision, ensuring weather resistance and aesthetic consistency.
  • Address leaks, insulation gaps, and structural vulnerabilities.
  • General Exterior Repairs
  • Repair gutters, downspouts, fascia, soffits, and exterior trim.
  • Perform caulking, sealing, and minor carpentry to resolve weather-related damage.
  • Troubleshoot and repair issues like water intrusion, rot, or pest damage.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of siding, roofing, and exterior structures.
  • Ensure work meets quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Safety & Compliance
  • Follow OSHA guidelines and company safety protocols (PPE, ladder safety, etc.).
  • Complete service reports, take before / after photos, and update project records.

Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in siding, roofing, or exterior repairs .(Preferred)
  • Proficiency with tools (nail guns, circular saws, roofing nailers, etc.) and materials.(Preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for local travel.

    • Physical Requirements :

  • Lift 50+ lbs, work on ladders / scaffolding, and tolerate outdoor weather conditions.

    • Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

    Expected hours : 40 50 per week

    Schedule :

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
