As the Director of Business Intelligence, you will lead a high-impact team focused on delivering data-driven insights and strategic solutions that drive business performance for the company, clients, and customers. You'll oversee the development of analytical tools, foster cross-functional collaboration, and identify growth opportunities through innovative data strategies.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and develop a high-performing BI team, ensuring timely, accurate, and impactful deliverables that support business objectives.
• Recruit, train, and mentor associates, fostering a culture of continuous learning, engagement, and career growth.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and customers to ensure alignment and open communication.
• Drive the development and optimization of business intelligence tools that support everyday business management and opportunity analysis.
• Identify and capitalize on white space opportunities for both new and existing clients and customers.
• Oversee project assignments, ensuring timely and accurate completion aligned with strategic goals.
• Champion key organizational initiatives, participating in task forces and cross-functional projects as needed.
• Manage revenue goals, identify new business opportunities, and close performance gaps through data-driven strategies.
• Support strategic planning by delivering insights that influence decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Ensure best-in-class analytics execution, leveraging industry tools and internal systems to deliver actionable intelligence.
